Last week, we were delighted to welcome our Russian distributor to Tinme for an in-depth factory visit and technical exchange.

During the visit, our partner toured the Tinme manufacturing facility to gain a deeper understanding of our production processes, quality control standards, and commitment to product excellence. More importantly, we arranged visits to end-user factories where Tinme oil mist collectors are operating successfully on CNC machines and automatic lathes.

At the customer sites, our distributor was able to see firsthand how Tinme oil mist collectors improve the working environment by effectively capturing oil mist generated during machining processes. Factory managers shared their experiences and highlighted the positive impact on workplace cleanliness, employee comfort, and machine maintenance.

To further evaluate the performance of the equipment, on-site PM2.5 measurements were conducted during machine operation. The test results demonstrated a significant reduction in airborne particulate concentration, confirming the efficiency of Tinme's oil mist collector filtration technology. Our distributor expressed great satisfaction with the results and was impressed by the visible improvements in air quality.

Seeing the equipment operating in real production environments provided valuable insight into the practical benefits that Tinme solutions bring to manufacturers. The visit strengthened our distributor's confidence in promoting Tinme products within the Russian market and reinforced our shared commitment to helping customers create cleaner, safer, and more efficient workplaces.
